What does this guarantee offer?

In the highly unlikely case that you do catch H1N1 A, you'll receive one free vacation a year, for three consecutive years, for the length of the original stay*, as well as additional discounts.

In order to make this offer valid, you will need a test from a certified lab stating that you contracted flu within 14 days of your departure from your Mexican destination.

*The Flu Free Guarantee is valid from May 2009 to October 2009. Free trips are for the same length of time and in the same room type as in the original stay and are for the original traveler making the claim, plus one guest. Trips are non-transferable.
